Overview of position

Under theoverall supervision of the Programme Manager and direct supervision of the CS Project Officer, the Trainerwill be responsible to develop and providesessions on human development topics towomen participating in the weekly Women’s Salon.

Role objectives
  1. Conduct a training onhuman development topics.

  1. Employ relevant adult learning techniques to ensure participants fully absorb all training content and reach learning outcomes by the end of the course. This includes a variety of practical exercises for participants.

  1. Address all queries of training participants.

  1. Develop an agenda in collaboration with IOM and in line with the participants needs.

  1. Develop M&E tools and all relevant materials required for the training and obtain approval from supervisor for final version of training materials; undertake any modifications requested by IOM.

  1. Coordinate with IOM field staff to immediately address any issues or concerns, and overall ensure the training is successfully implemented.
