Syria Country Program, led by one Senior Management Team and overseeing four locations ; Amman, Gaziantep in Turkey, and two Syria Hubs (Northeast and Northwest), is undergoing a change management and transition phase in which unified processes and policies should be implemented.

The goal of this consulting is to review and unify the existing Human Resources Employee Handbooks for the various locations under the Syria country program while adhering to local laws in each location, as well as to consider credible external resources for the development of the required handbooks.

The chosen consultant will be able to review and update existing handbooks.

 

Deliverables:

  • Review, assess, and update current Human Resources Employee Handbooks for Jordan, Syria, and Turkey locations.
  • Collaborate closely with the legal representatives in each location for verification and endorsement, as well as the production of final Handbooks to be submitted to the Senior Management Team.
  •  Human Resources Employee Handbooks that are compatible and have been thoroughly evaluated for the following three locations:
  1. Jordan
  2. Syria
  3. Turkey
  • Creating a table of comparisons across the three handbooks, including a list of differences in each location, and presenting to the Senior Management Team the similarities and differences in each handbook.

 

Payment Rate and Schedule:

 

  •  A one-time payment will be made upon completion of all deliverables.
  • All deliverables must be completed within one month after agreement signature – tentative starting date July 10th.
