OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME

Les unites d'appui administratif des bureaux de pays (CSU) ont ete mises en place dans la structure organisationnelle pour fournir un appui aux gestionnaires de programmes et aux membres du personnel afin qu'ils puissent assumer pleinement leurs responsabilites dans l'environnement du GSM et assurer le respect des politiques, procedures, regles et reglements relatifs a l'ensembledes questions administratives et financieres dans le contexte d'un systeme de planification des ressources institutionnelles (ERP).

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Le/la titulaire assiste l'Assistant Programme, Budget et Finances a traversles taches suivantes :.Tenir les documents financiers et lestransactions financieres dans l'environnement du GSM;2.Initier la mise en place de Plans des RH, identifier et inscrire les postes dans les plans des RH, actualiser les parametres des postes et les soumettre pour approbation;3.Mettre les postes en correspondance ave cles taches et les contributions (Tasks and awards mapping);4.Aider a la generation de rapports apartir du GSM; etablir egalement des rapports periodiques suivant les previsionset des rapports speciaux en cas de besoin afin de faciliter l'analyse de lamise en œuvre financiere;5 Effectuer les operations de paiementsde caisse suivant autorisation, tenirles livres de ces paiements et apurer les comptes au besoin;6.Assister les membres du personnel nouvellement arrives oule personnel en partance a ouvrir ou fermer leurs comptes bancaires, a faire lechange ainsi qu'a traiter d'autres questions financieres;7.Assister les membres du personnel nouvellement arrives oule personnel en partance a ouvrir ou fermer leurs comptes bancaires, a faire lechange ainsi qu'a traiter d'autres questions financieres;8.Executer toute autre tache assignee.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Essential: Cycle secondaire complet ou formation technique equivalente ou etudes commerciales avec une specialisation en comptabilite, budgetisation et finances.
Desirable: Un diplome ou un brevet de l'enseignement superieur en comptabilite ou finances serait unavantage.

Experience

Essential: Minimum5 ans d'experience professionnelle dans des activites de finances, debudgetisation et/ou de comptabilite
Desirable: Une experience dans une institution du systeme des Nations Unies ou dansune organisation internationale ou multinationale serait un avantage.

Skills

Capacite a planifier, organiser, coordonner etmettre en œuvre des apports de plusieurs sources; aptitude a exprimer ses ideesde maniere claire et concise, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit, a concevoir et a s'acquitter de taches sous une supervision minimale; aptitude a interpreter des regles etreglements financiers, et a creer et maintenir de bonnes relations de travailavec des personnes de cultures et de milieux differents.

REMUNERATION

WHO offers staff in the General Services category an attractive remuneration package, which for the above position includes an annual net base salary starting at XAF 9,166,000 (subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance, as applicable) and 30 days of annual leave.
