CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we’re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.
Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.

| Role objectives |
A doctor is responsible for all sides of care of a patient.
They diagnose, educate, and treat patients to ensure that they have the best
possible care. A few of the main duties of a doctor are performing diagnostic
tests, recommending specialists for patients, document patient's medical
history, and educating patients.
Responsibilities:

Respond to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.

Supervise and oversee the midwives in the unit and prepare monthly reports.

Order lab tests and interprets the test results.
-
Always maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
-
Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient and neonate’s information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.

Explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patient’s family.
-
Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
-
Promote health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
-
Meet targets set by the MoPH for specified treatments eg. child immunization.

Keep up to date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.

Teach at hospitals and medical schools and observe and assess the work of trainee doctors and medical students.

Providing information to patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment goals.

Monitoring patient progress and response to therapies and/or treatments.

Make sure the children are getting vaccinated by Hep B, BCG ad OPV for the first 24 hours and neonates are having BR card.

Doctorate degree from an accredited medical college
