 Job Title: Internship-Finance / Administrative Assistant, Madagascar (National and international)

We are currently seeking candidates with Finance and/or Administration profile, willing to join our organization on internship base. Positions will be either based in Antananarivo or in one of our sub-offices in regions in Madagascar. The Internship will be for 1 to 8 months period.



The expectation for the internship holder to take responsibility for the completion of a range of Administration and finance/budget-related processes and activities requiring some interpretation of standard guidelines/practices. To recommend a course of action to staff at various levels

The purpose of the positions is to support the effective delivery of finance, budget, and administrative support services in order to facilitate transparent and efficient utilization of resources.




  • Currently enrolled in a graduate programme from a university and have completed at least 2 years of studies, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Administration or related fields.
  • Must have attended courses in the last 12 months
  • Recently graduated from a graduate programme (within 12 months) prior to his application to this internship
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Fluent in French both oral and written. English is an asset


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)

The intern will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Maintenance of invoices in Invoice Tracking System up to send to Wings step, and monthly ITS reports for review.

2. Support in the preparation of the monthly cash forecast

3. Billing fuel, private use of vehicles, telephones, travel and prepare related journal vouchers

4. Follow up on staff and third-party receivables and payables, purchase requisitions and purchase orders open items

5. Participate in review of vendor master data regularly

6. Participate in the preparation of the semi-annual vendor balances confirmation

7. Familiarize with the Financial dashboard

8. Financial assessment for CBT

9. Any other duties as required.

10. Manage and archive documents

Nous recherchons actuellement des candidats avec un profil Finance et/ou Administration, désireux de rejoindre notre organisation en tant que stagiaires. Les postes seront soit basés à Antananarivo, soit dans l'un de nos sous-bureaux dans les régions de Madagascar. Le stage sera d'une durée de 1 à 8 mois.



Le stagiaire assurera l’accomplissement d'une gamme d'activités liés à l'administration, aux finances et/ou au budget nécessitant une certaine interprétation des directives/pratiques standards. Recommander un plan d'action au personnel à différents niveaux

Le but des postes est de soutenir efficacement les services de soutien financier, budgétaire et ou administratif afin de faciliter une utilisation transparente et efficace des ressources.




  • Actuellement inscrit dans un programme d'études supérieures d'une université et avoir complété au moins 2 années d'études, de préférence en finance, comptabilité, administration ou dans des domaines connexes.
  • Doit avoir suivi des cours ou études au cours des 12 derniers mois
  • Récemment diplômé d'un programme d'études supérieures (dans les 12 mois) au moment de sa candidature à ce programme de stage
  • Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Maîtrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. L'anglais est un atout




Le stagiaire sera responsable des tâches suivantes :

1. Maintenance des factures dans le système de suivi des factures jusqu'à leur envoi à l'étape Wings et rapports mensuels ITS pour examen.

2. Appui à la préparation prévisionnel de trésorerie mensuel

3. Facturer le carburant, l'utilisation privée des véhicules, des téléphones, des voyages et préparer les pièces justificatives associées

4. Assurer le suivi des créances et dettes du personnel et des tiers, des demandes d'achat et des bons de commande non soldés

5. Participer régulièrement à l'examen des données de base des fournisseurs

6. Participer à la préparation de la confirmation semestrielle des soldes des fournisseurs

7. Familiarisez-vous avec le tableau de bord financier

8. Évaluation financière pour CBT

9. Toute autre tâche au besoin.

10. Gestion des documents et archivage
