The Major Task of engagement of a moderator is to successfully facilitate and encourage knowledge sharing between NGO stakeholders during the CoP meetings. The consultant will be engaged in facilitating, preparing, and reporting on four CoP meetings.

Objectives
1. To create a platform for knowledge and best practice sharing among NGO stakeholders in the order to overcome challenges and issues working in direct work with refugees and migrants in transit.
Expected results
- Engage in and support the participatory process during the mapping of the topics (with the support of the IRC team)
- Selected topics are relevant for the NGO stakeholders and reflect their experience from the field and direct work with the clients
- Active participation of all included stakeholders during the CoP aiming to contribute to the knowledge and best practice sharing.
- Delivered overview reports for each CoP meeting
Competencies and skills required for the task
- Relevant university and/or master’s degree in social science (law, social work, psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Experience in working on projects that aimed to provide support to the refugees and migrants would be preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to present information orally and in writing clearly and concisely
- High knowledge of the English language
Payment
Payment is in four tranches after the submission of each report and approval of the IRC Program Coordinator
