Qualification Requirement

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, international relations, public policy, or related fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum three (3) – five (5) years of relevant working experience in development finance and strategic partnership and demonstrated understanding of development issues, particularly in AIIB’s member countries.
• Effective interpersonal and organizational abilities. Ability to think independently while working under supervision.
• Experience in working with MDBs/DFIs, AIIB’s member countries and/or regional cooperation initiatives (e.g. ASEAN), including preparing and implementing strategic partnership dialogues, would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of international discussions on blended finance, green finance, and/or certain infrastructure sectors/themes (e.g. economic corridors, energy transition, climate change) would be advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency of professional writing and speaking of English. Should be comfortable to communicate and work in an international and culturally diverse environment.
