SOS Children's Villages, founded in 1949 by Hermann Gmeiner, is the world's largest non-governmental organization focused on supporting children and young people without parental care, or at risk of losing it.

Tasks & Responsibilities 


Provide comprehensive support to the Overall Project of the Ukraine ER Response team in more specifically by:

  • Providing logistical and administrative support to set-up and follow-up on meetings, regular exchanges, information sharing sessions, presentations, etc. 
  • Adapting/ developing tools to support and keep a detailled follow-up of project implementation.
  • ProDIGI: support in roll-out, training and helpdesk function

Support in reporting, data collection and information consolidation, knowledge sharing, which includes the following:

  • Help in compiling regular situation up-dates and sharing with necessary stakeholders.
  • Managing and keeping workspaces up to date




  • Development studies, international relations, business administration or other related field
  • Experience in administrative support
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office; sound knowledge of Sharepoint (setting-up / editing related workspaces) is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English; German Spanish or/and French an asset
  • A valid Austrian working permit or eligibility to work within the EU
