EESLI Project Assistant
-Delivery of administrative activities such as taking notes at workshops, meetings and drafting reports/contracts related to the EESLI II project on behalf of the Climate Change Programme Coordinator; and
-Follow up on finance/reports from the consultants hired by the programme.
-Follow up on finance and progress reports for the Vanuatu country activities and tasks in line with the Vanuatu Implementing Agreement from the country project focal points / staff within the implementing agency in Vanuatu
-Follow up on finance and progress reports for the Tonga country activities and tasks in line with the Tonga Implementing Agreement from the country project focal points / staff within the implementing agency in Tonga
-Follow up on finance and progress reports for the Samoa country activities and tasks from the country project focal points / staff within the implementing agency in Samoa
-Some work may involve travel, including outside of Fiji
Provide administrative support to the EESLI II Project of the Climate Change Programme:
-Organize logistics for travel, workshop and meetings related to the implementation of EESLI II country and regional activities;
-Filing, storing, and Cataloguing Finance, Progress and other reports determined by the Climate Change Coordinator to ensure easy access to these store data by the Unit Staff.
-Provide administrative assistance to the EESLI II project staff and
-Other duties as reasonably required by the Climate Change Programme Coordinator.
