Customer Service Advisors

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced customer service advisors to join our team at simpleonlinepharmacy.co.uk. The successful applicant will be based at our modern Glasgow premises, 

You will be the first point of contact (Phone/Email & Live Chat) for our customers so delivery outstanding customer service will be key. As part of your role you will also get to liaise with GP practices to request prescriptions and resolve any queries they may have.

You will be part of a small team that is growing and opportunities to develop your career will be available. We really need people who will are comfortable on the phone and able to analyse and resolve any issues.

If you like a fast-paced environment then this role is for you.

Ideally you will come from a contact centre background and have experience of Zendesk.

Salary

£20,592.00 per year
