Mission and objectives

To transform healthcare in indonesia through data and technology, we have three priority missions through: 1. Electronic Medical Records. We want to enable electronic medical records (EMR) to be accessible for every individual and across healthcare facilities in Indonesia (by user’s consent). 2. Simplification of Health Service Applications. We want to simplify systems for health workers to make them more focus on saving lives rather than administrative matters. 3. Regulatory Support for the Health Innovation Ecosystem. We want to propel policy innovation to strengthen the health-tech ecosystem.

Context

One of the goals of the OneData Platform is the efficiency of the reporting process to support data analysis and decision making that support program and policy analysis needs. To achieve this goal, data standardization is needed as a strategy towards one Indonesian data. One of the programs currently being implemented is the standardization of Data on Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices (KFA Dictionary). The purpose of standardizing pharmaceutical and medical device data is to support: - National supply chain management of pharmaceuticals and medical devices from upstream to downstream is in line with existing regulations. - Accurate analysis of the need for drugs, drug raw materials and medical devices on a national level. - Early detection of increased demand for drugs or medical devices in areas caused by disease outbreaks or natural disasters. Currently, there are 110,000 thousand data on medical devices and 22,000 data on pharmaceuticals that need to be standardized into the KFA Dictionary.

Task description

To support the acceleration of data entry, The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia is recruiting online volunteers for: Data Entry online volunteers with below key tasks: - entering pharmaceutical and medical devices data in the standardization dictionary with specified format - maintaining accurate records based on the given specified format by coordinating with QC Officer - keeping information confidential Quality Control online volunteers with below key tasks: - verifying the accuracy of pharmaceutical and medical devices data in the standardization dictionary with specified format - coordinate with data entry officer for data accuracy - keeping information confidential The pharmaceutical and medical devices data that need to be standardized is based on the data in Indonesia and will be inputted with Indonesian Language. Therefore, the recruitment only applies to Indonesian. Each selected online volunteer will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for sensitive information.
