The Information and Technology (I&T) programme seeks to appoint an exceptional IT Business Systems Functional Lead.

The successful candidate will work together with the current D365 implementation project team to guide and lead through the deployment phase of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Human Resources (HR). The role will be responsible for ensuring that the technology landscape is scalable and to the highest quality for future development of additional features and functionality post D365 go-live, and for implementation of other business systems for Amnesty International – International Secretariat (AIS) as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Work with the team and partners to create and deliver the functional implementation road-map and be the key resource to work with our system integrator to deliver against this road-map
  • Functional lead to meet the architectural designs agreed through our governance process
  • Deliver solutions and integrations as per agreed designs through close collaboration with 3rd parties and strategic partners
  • Identifying requirements and problems in the as-built environment and ensuring that tasks and requirements are captured.
