Support the design of a presentation for the final review of the Asian and pacific decade of persons with disabilities
Mission and objectives
The United Nations Resident Coordinator’s Office (RCO) supports the UN Resident Coordinator (RC) in Indonesia. As designated representative of the UN Secretary-General, RC leads and strategically positions the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) in support of national priorities, development strategies, and plans. RCO coordinates activities related to common programming of UN in Indonesia. The support includes strategic planning, programme and operations management, policy guidance, data management and results reporting as well as knowledge management, advocacy, and communications – all seeking to enhance UN coherence and improve overall programme impact to better achieve development results.
The RCO will be presenting an insight of the disability inclusion project journey this October on the final review of the Asian and pacific decade of persons with disabilities high level meeting to showcase the progresses and significant finding of the project. The presentation will highlight a brief background of the implementation of the project in 6 areas, key data’s related with disability in Indonesia, the implementation of the UNCRPD in Indonesia, and UNCT’s effort in disability inclusion on the UN system.
We are looking for four Online Volunteers who under the guidance of the focal point] and in close collaboration with the communications team support us by producing the graphic design of a presentation for the final review of the Asian and Pacific decade of persons with disabilities. In particular, the/each Online Volunteer is asked to: - Collect information on document/material background such as target audience, design style, branding guidelines etc.; - Create draft design based on requirements and discuss with focal point/ communications team; - Develop the design according to agreed requirements. The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance.
