Communications and Development Intern
Development (fundraising, donor relations, and proposal development) and communications are highly valued skillsets that employers seek in job candidates; these functions are critical to the success of a nonprofit organization, and cultivating experience in this area will allow you to gain insight into various subject/technical areas, learn development strategy, and be marketable across sectors. The Communications and Development Intern will work closely with the Development Coordinator and IRC staff to engage potential donors around the IRC in Denver’s mission through content and program material creation, proposal writing and research, storytelling and communications planning.
