1. Project Background
Established in January 2016, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is the newest Multilateral Development Bank. The AIIB is owned by over 105 approved AIIB members worldwide. The AIIB has USD100 billion capital and is Triple-A-rated by the major international credit rating agencies. To support the bank's daily operations, many business applications and digital systems are built up and now running in-live, more and more project operational support and coordination are imperative and mandatory. This position is open for a Project Coordinator to provide support for the coordination and completion of digital projects for the bank. The successful candidate will facilitate all aspects of projects, set deadlines and track milestones, assign responsibilities, coordinate manpower and monitor progress.
2. Objectives of the Assignment
The overall objective of this assignment is to provide operational support to Digital Project Specialist and coordinate with different stakeholders to keep the project healthy and on track.
3. Scope of Services
As a Project coordination and daily operation support consultant, you will work in Information Technology Department (ITD) and support the work of project manager coordinating with business stakeholders and monitoring the tasks assigned to various team members. You will receive incoming tasks and track the status of all assigned projects to ensure that progress is being made and deadlines are met. You will also review completed work and perform a variety of tests and quality control checks. The detailed tasks are listing as below: • Coordination of all projects (Majorly Support) • Utilize effective project and time management skills to coordinate multiple Support projects simultaneously • Ensure all projects are consistent with overall customer objectives and strategic plans • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of cross-functional project teams and ensures the adherence to the project plan • Work to control change, timeline, and project scope to accommodate approved changes • Produces timely, detailed summaries and high level reports • Ensure proper quality assurance and user acceptance of solutions prior to implementation • Review the deliverables with DPM on timely basis and monitor quality control • Coordinates with all resources assigned to projects • Work with Change Management Leader • Project documentation draft and review • Performs other related duties as required

5. Implementation Arrangement
The work should be performed in AIIB HQ.
6. Support to the Consultant by the Bank
Bank devices and work environment.
7. Knowledge Transfer and Training
The consultant will be trained with necessary systems' backgrounds and relevant process. The consultant needs deliver training to bank users based on needs.
Minimum Education needed: Master degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science or related work experience. Minimum Experience needed: 3+ years’ experience managing projects or programs Experience delivering projects in a highly outsourced environment Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed: • Experience managing Information Technology projects • Technical understanding of IT and/or systems operations • Experience in creating and managing project schedules in Microsoft Project Any certificates, licenses, etc. required of the position: • PMP or other project management certification desired • Agile certification desired
