1. Responsible for the company's investment development and organizational construction in the local area. Several sales directors and sales representatives under the team report to the marketing manager.

2. Under the work deployment of the marketing manager, formulate quarterly and monthly plans for the region, decompose and deploy them to the sales directors, and lead subordinates to work and conduct regular evaluations;

3. Continuously lead and urge subordinates to establish and improve the network in various places, and achieve the established investment goals.

4. Strong cross-team influence and collaboration skills

5. Possess the skills to drive volume, build relationships, monitor and evaluate results.

6. Communicate important company updates to the team and ensure the message is understood.
