Site Management Team Leader Poland

Background 

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is an independent, non-profit, humanitarian organization. Since the onset of the war in Ukraine, we have seen a large-scale of displacement of Ukrainians fleeing to the neighbouring countries. In response to this, NRC is in the process of setting up humanitarian operations for refugees arriving in Poland, Romania, and Moldova. We are focusing on an integrated approach that combines our sectoral areas of expertise – education, protection, urban displacement outside camps, legal aid (ICLA) and shelter – with the needs of a mobile refugee population, working to a great extent through local partners.     

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Management Team Leader based in Warsaw Transit Site. The purpose of the SM Team Leader is to ensure that all Site Management projects are implemented in a timely manner and according to strategy, proposals, budgets, and plans, and in line with NRC policies and donor requirements. The Protection Coordinator will be the technical lead for the quality control, monitoring of project activities and project documentation.
