CTG recruits, deploys and manages the right people with the right skills to implement humanitarian and development projects, from cleaners to obstetricians, and mechanics to infection specialists, we’re skilled in emergency response to crises such as the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Key to successful project delivery is the ability to mobilise at speed; CTG can source and deploy anyone, anywhere, in less than 2 weeks and have done so in 48 hours on a number of occasions.
Through our efficient and agile HR, logistical and operational services, CTG saves multilateral organisations time and money. We handle all our clients’ HR related issues, so they are free to focus on their core services.

Role objectives |
1.Support the team in
the timely and effective implementation of the field work in line with workplan
and the stated objectives,
2.Conduct
individual survey with key informants, collect the quantitative data using KOBO
and a pre-designed survery,
3.Ensure
that all information relevant to the assessment and according to the
pre-designed assessment forms is collected in a timely manner and is consistent
with the information required,
4.Check
information gathered for completeness and accuracy,
5.Collect
GPS points and pictures of key infrastructure such as schools, health
facilities and markets.
Other Functions
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
SKILLS:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Pashto or Dari is required,
- familiarity with data standards and practices of the UN is an added advantage,
- Strong multi-task prioritization, organizational, coordination and time management skills.
- Familiarity with KOBO for data collection is an advantage.

Further information |
Education
-
University degree or equivalent diploma in Social Sciences, Development, Information Management, or any other related field
Experience
- One year or more of professional experience with an international organization in Afghanistan in the field of professional survey or mapping.
Languages
-
Dari or Pashto– required
- English – desirable
