The Role

 

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager with

  • Experience managing performance of others and helping people to develop, grow and achieve their potential, including increasing diversity and inclusion in teams and / or workplaces. INGO/sector experience preferred.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field/globally recognized professional qualification with substantial knowledge and experience of general human resource management in humanitarian & development context.
  • Substantial knowledge and experience of organizational development, especially capacity building and skills transfer, learning and development and knowledge management.
  • Extensive knowledge & experience of concepts of national employment laws.
  • Experience providing leadership and direction on all HR issues, at the same time as balancing the strategic role with the need to deliver effective day-to-day HR services
