Head of Sector Administration and HR

The Head of Sector (hereafter HoS) Administration and HR will ensure the overall coordination of the logistical, administrative, human resources and IT infrastructure aspects of the Joint Undertaking’s operations. The HoS will coordinate the work of the team and ensure that the measures are in place to provide a safe working environment both physically and virtually, tailored to the Joint Undertaking’s business needs and respecting applicable rules and requirements. The HoS will oversee the recruitment, training and wellbeing of Joint Undertaking’s staff, stimulating the collaborative working methods and team spirit.
