المجلس الدنماركي للاجئين - سوريا

تجهيز قائمة بمستلزمات المطبخ ومواد التنظيف المطلوبة ومشاركتها مع مسؤول الموارد البشرية والشؤون الإدارية.
تقديم الضيافة للزوار بشكل يومي.
المحافظة على مواد وأدوات التنظيف.
مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
الخبرة والكفاءات الفنية:
خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل في مجال عمل مشابه.
اهتمام بالعمل التطوعي والقدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتمتع بمهارات تواصل فعالة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
الرغبة في المشاركة في العمل الجماعي والتعاون مع أفراد الفريق.
مهارات في المتابعة والتنظيم.
مهارات في الاستقبال والضيافة.
التعليم:
شهادة تعليم أساسي كحد أدنى.
اللغات:
إتقان العربية ومعرفة أساسية بالإنجليزية.

DRC Syria
DRC has been actively operating in Syria since 2008 mainly supporting refugees. In June 2012, DRC was authorized by the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) to expand its humanitarian efforts and provide assistance to IDPs and the vulnerable resident population countrywide. Since then, DRC activities have been focused on NFI distributions, Shelter, WASH, Protection, Education, Livelihoods and Mine Risk Education in six Governorates (Damascus, Rural Damascus, Dara'a, Aleppo, Hama, and Homs). While Protection/community service activities are provided to beneficiaries throughout our Community Centers.
About the job
Responsible for cleaning and hospitality – to provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout DRC buildings by ensuring deep cleaning of the building and keeping all areas neat and tidy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the Office and for maintaining high standards of hygiene.
- Provide a list of needed kitchen and cleaning supplies to the HR/Admin officer.
- Provide hospitality for clients and guests on a daily basis.
- Properly maintain cleaning materials and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by the DRC.
Experience and technical competencies: (include years of experience)
- One year of experience in similar work.
- Interest in voluntary work, ability to work within a team, and effective communication skills with beneficiaries.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in teamwork and collaborate with team members.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Good reception and hospitality skills.
Education:
Minimum Qualification: Basic Education Certificate
Languages:
Native Arabic and basic knowledge of English
