About the Role
The intern will support the Information Technology Department (ITD) in implementing projects and functions to meet business requirements.

 

Responsibilities:


•    Participate in discussions about project requirements and evaluations and design solutions.
•    Develop software according to business requirements.
•    Develop enhancements to existing products.
•    Implement process improvements.
•    Debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc.
•    Collaborate in a team environment to share best practices.
•    Support systems training to internal and external end-users.

 

Requirements:
•    Currently enrolled in a post-graduate (master’s or doctorate) academic degree program from an internationally recognized institution. 
•    Solid development skills in Core Java, C++, .Net, Python, RESTful Web Services, XML.
•    Good knowledge of multiple front-end languages and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue, Node.js).
•    Good knowledge of databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB), SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate), web servers (e.g. Apache, Tomcat).
•    Experience developing web applications using Spring/SpringBoot/Spring MVC/Power Platform.
•    Fluent in oral and written English; good communication skills.
•    Knowledge of AI and the cloud is a plus.
