International HR Officer

IRW is currently recruiting for the position of ‘International HR Officer’ to join its dynamic International HR Team based in its offices in Birmingham, UK. Reporting to the International Human Resources Manager (IHR), the role will support the international deliverables by providing effective professional support to the International Human Resources team to enable the realisation of the IRW Global Goals and Strategic Objectives. In particular, the role will support the International HR Partners, and assist with global operations within Field Offices.

The successful candidate must have or be:
• CIPD Part qualified, working towards CIPD qualifications or equivalent work experience
• Proven ability to assess both group and individual needs
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to organise; prioritise and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities; proven experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution
• Proven ability to record information accurately
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent levels of computer literacy including Microsoft Office
• Proven experience in providing variety of broad administrative activities in a large organisation, especially in recruitment
• Proven ability and experience to work towards achieving targets and objectives
• Proven experience in implementing work plans which help to deliver the unit objectives
• Ability to work towards achieving key performance indicators and organisational strategy
