Duties and Responsibilities
 
The HR & Admin Analyst - Technical Support Unit will work under the overall guidance and supervision of the National Programme Director-TSU. S/He will ensure engagement of all direct stakeholders and delivery of project objectives, in coordination with the Joint Secretary & CEO, DoA&FW, MoA&FW when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational and coordination support for implementation of project activities.
  • Provide support to the Project Management Unit in their day-to-day administrative functioning.
  • Ensure all organization assets including equipment’s, and other moveable and fixed assets in all office are insured at all times.
  • Ensure timely completion of formalities in respect of MHA guidelines (securing entry-pass for employees/ visitor and goods).
  • Directs and coordinates the local implementation of Project Office IT operations, ensuring alignment of IT services with the business needs of the area(s) and adherence to established project management principle and best management practices.
  • HR personnel administration: Hiring process, Contractual changes, Drafting job descriptions, Maternity decisions & documents, Termination process
  • Logistic arrangement of all travels accommodations and process expense forms on ERP system.
  • Organize workshops, seminars and Project Steering Committee meetings including logistic assistance such as travel arrangement and hotel bookings etc. Coordinate with government officials and other stakeholders for organizing virtual meeting/conferences/workshop etc.
  • Perform any other tasks consistent with the level of the post and/ or assigned by the Reporting Officer; National Programme Director – TSU.

Required Skills and Experience
 
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR Masters OR equivalent in Commerce or MBA or closely related field will be given due consideration.
Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years’ (Bachelor’ Degree) or 0 years (Master’ Degree) of demonstrable relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience working in Government institutions and Liaoning with multiple departments or other international development organizations is mandatory.
  • Additional years of work experience in administration & human resources experience in programme support service in the development sector.
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology hardware & software.
  • Should have   computer knowledge   in   MS   Office   and   other
  • applications such as Govt E-filing, and ERP systems.
  • Demonstrates integrity and ethical standards.
  • Promotes the vision, mission, and strategic organization.
  • Understands the main processes and methods of work regarding to the position.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of organizational policies and procedures relating to the position and applies them consistently in work tasks.

Remuneration starting at INR (Annual) 14,35,933 / 1,19,661 INR (Monthly) as per the scale depending on qualifications and experience. The remuneration is excluding 8.33% pension amount paid over and above the salary.
