The OSCE Mission to Moldova is looking for a National Expert/Scenario Developer for the OSCE national simulation-based training exercise on trafficking in human beings (THB).

Trafficking in human beings concerns all OSCE participating States, both as a security threat and a human rights issue. The root causes of trafficking are poverty, lack of opportunities, gender discrimination, social and political violence. Trafficking primarily affects women and children.   • In coordination with the DIREX team, consider and ensure the sequence of actions to be followed during the simulation exercise comply with police, administrative and judicial procedures, legal documents and framework relevant and/or developed for the simulation exercise;
