UN DESA Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government. Context

The Division for Public Institutions and Digital Government in the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DPIDG / UN DESA) is planning to finalize 1 research brief on the status of digital transformation in the English speaking Caribbean to be used as basis for future project.

Task description

1. Preparation of a research paper on issues of digital inclusion and transformation in the English-speaking Caribbean with particular attention to gender and youth inclusion. 2. Identify challenges, opportunities, and capacities needed for digital transformation and innovation of the public sector in the region. 3. Prepare a survey on the status of digital transformation to be sent to selected countries and interpret the results.
