Context

Albanian Dreamin 2023 is the Community Powered Conference to activate and empower the Salesforce & Slack potential through Trailblazers! Its mission is Fostering technology Innovation through Salesforce Powered Programs and Building Bridges by the Trailblazer Community Globally! Our shared vision is to activate, empower and strengthen the Salesforce potential through assistance, education, networking, and knowledge sharing to improve the workforce and professionalism in Albania. The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the marketing team at LDA Balkan and learn about the ways in which social media & content creation can support creativity, branding, and awareness.

Task description

We are looking for two Online Volunteers who under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and in close collaboration with the communications team support us with Social Media. In particular, each Online Volunteer is asked to: - Use our publications and other resources to create and curate interesting content for our social media channels with up to 20 pieces of content, including Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter. - Supporting the development of monthly/ weekly social media plans based on the inputs and instructions of the manager; - Creating up to 20 pieces of content (10 per volunteer) for social media per month; - Develop the design according to the agreed requirements; - Developing and implementing measurable social media content and activity; - Creating digital adverts. The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteers in advance. The Online Volunteer/s will have the opportunity to build connections with the marketing team at LDA Balkan and learn about the ways in which social media & content creation can support creativity, branding, and awareness.
