Mission and objectives
The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme contributes to peace and development through volunteerism worldwide. We work with partners to integrate qualified, highly motivated and well supported UN Volunteers into development programming and promote the value and global recognition of volunteerism.
UN Volunteers Programme expands its operations in Europe recruiting new UN Volunteers to serve with the UN entities to help their response to the war in Ukraine. New operations require unification and structuring a new database. UN Volunteers communications team needs help to organize those and will lead the online volunteer through main steps.
Online Volunteer needs to analyze and organize a database of contacts that are already created but not unified. The database has to be organized into the new corporate Excel table that will be later transferred to the internal CRM (Client Relations Management) system. Each week Online Volunteer is expected to fill and unify 600 rows of Excel Table of 20+ columns. Great Excel hard skills are mandatory.
