TITLE: Economic Empowerment Content Strategy Intern
LOCATION: New York Resettlement Office
START DATE: April 1, 2023
DURATION: April 2023-August 2023, 15-24 hours weekly, Hybrid
Position reports to: Economic Empowerment Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
IRC New York provides different services to assist refugees and other categories of people in their resettlement process, with an objective of self-sufficiency. Economic Empowerment (EE) specifically helps clients find sustainable employment that fits their needs. The EE Content Strategy intern provides clerical support, with an emphasis on information organization and the development of training content.

Responsibilities
Create training materials (manuals, flowcharts, videos, among other)
Propose new learning materials and tools
Strategize and improve content delivery and promotion
Set editorial strategy so that content is consistent and compelling for the team
Create surveys and attendance sheets
Assist supervisors on any department projects.
