PLCFA23 - 011 Hotline Migration Health Nurse

Duties/Responsibilities.

• Provision of qualified vaccination consultation and referrals to callers seekind support through IOM Hotline,websites and messengers this includes; ensuring all enquiries are documented, reviewed and addressed propperly, medical refferals is provided to migrants based on needs,advising callers on required documentation to acccess services, providing registration appointments and provision of risk communication and health promotion activities.
• Provision of direct support to IOM MHD Team in Poland and other countries as well as providing translation and verification of Ukranian vaccination records.
• Provision of counsellingactivities for migrants and refugees that express hesitance in receiving vaccines.
• Compiliation and regular maintance of refferal database on availavable vaccination centres to providevaccination services for refugee and migrantsin Europe and Central Asia.
• Maintence of confidentiality of all callers and information received in line with standards of conduct and data protection rules.
• Provision of periodic as well as as ad hoc reporting upon request.
• Supporting the hotline advertisment and awarness rasing campaigns.
