1. Project Background

PPMS(Project Procurement Management System) will open to AIIB clients around March 1, 2023. The consultant needs to have a deeper understanding of system design and development. The consultant needs to be able to config the system and perform some development tasks. The consultant should also be able to support external user trainings, for example, setup training project and related roles, resolve technical issues during training sessions. The consultant also needs to participate in other in-house system development, such as smart translater and Swift message processing etc.

2. Objectives of the Assignment

1. Responsible for PPMS Level 2 development and maintenance. 2. Responsible for technical support of System training 3. Responsible for smart translator and swift message development. 4. Responsible for other requirements development

3. Scope of Services

1. PPMS support and development 2. Smart translator and swift message development 3. Ad-hoc development

4. Consultancy Output / Deliverables

1. Maintenance and support report 2. code of configuration and development 3. UAT report 4. Release, including change request, deployment guide, training, user guide etc.

5. Implementation Arrangement

The consultant needs to work in AIIB headquarters.

6. Support to the Consultant by the Bank

Follow Bank's standard policy

7. Knowledge Transfer and Training

System training and knowledge transfer will be provided for the consultant.

Qualification Requirement

a) Bachelor's degree or above in a field relevant to computer science or software engineering is required. b) Minimum 6 years experience in software development. c) Able to communicate in English efficiently. d) Strong development skills in Core Java, Spring/Springboot, Python, C++ e) Good knowledge of front-end javascript frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, Node.js f) Strong in SQL, experience in using database oracle, mysql, sqlserver. g) Familiar with microservice technology and container platform(Docker, Kubernetes, etc) h) proactive and keen to learn new technologies.
