A LOGISTIC, FINANCE AND HR MANAGER

Créée en 1979, Action contre la Faim est une organisation non gouvernementale internationale qui lutte contre la faim dans le monde. VOTRE POSTE ET VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

Your main responsibilities will be to Supervise logistics, financial and HR management at base level in accordance with procedures laid down for the mission and ACF guidelines for provision of the optimum support for the programmes.
- Implement and ensure the performance of the supply chain
- Implement and ensure the performance of ICT and facilities management with the support of Logistic Assistants
- Supervise the financial management of the base
- Supervise Human Resources management in liaison with HR Officer and HR Manager
- Setting in place and following up collaboration and coordination in logistics with the mission's partners
- Managing the Logistics, Finance and HR team of the base

VOTRE PROFIL

Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics, Finance of Human Resources.
A first experience in an international NGO (within Action Against Hunger will be strongly appreciated);
Strong organizational skills, autonomous, rigourous, flexibility.
Russian or Ukrainian speaker could be a plus.

VOS CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI

- 6 months fixed term contract under French legislation
- Monthly gross salary from 2010 to 2335EUR upon experience
- Monthly per diem and living allowance: 686EUR net, field paid
- Monthly country allowance: 450EUR
- Cold allowance: Reimbursement of purchase of winter equipment to a maximum of 380EUR per person per year in severe cold contexts
- Child allowance: 1500EUR per year per child present in the country of origin (maximum 6000EUR/year)
- 16% of the gross monthly salary for pension insurance reimbursement for non-French citizens
- Transportation and accommodation: Coverage of transportation costs and guest house
- Medical coverage: 100% coverage of health contributions (social security + health insurance) and repatriation insurance
- Leaves and RnR: 25 days of paid leaves per year, 20 RnR per year and 215 EUR at each RnR period
