Information Technology Officer Infrastructure Services

You will perform the role of Information Technology Officer - Infrastructure Services under the supervision of the Head of Infrastructure Services Sector and reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Management Unit. Throughout your job, you will ensure eu-LISA to achieve its objectives, enhance reputation and answer stakeholder’s needs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the services or set of services. This means, you will ensure that the services are matching the Agency’s requirements whilst providing a smooth service delivery according to the service specifications and the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Moreover, you will take mitigation actions in case of non-fulfilment of the said agreements. The major instrument for the service delivery will be the available framework contracts and internal technical resources. In brief, you will be required to manage large contract(s), supervise the performance of the contractor(s) and assist the technical staff in managerial aspects of the position e.g., such as planning infrastructure upgrades whilst demonstrating a technical understanding and acting as the customer interface of the product owner.
