The Executive Office (EO) provides support to the CEB’s leadership and identifies strategic development and business transformation opportunities to broaden the CEB’s strategic perspectives and ensure a better delivery of its mandate. EO supports the Governor in his leadership role, coordinates with appointed officials, and explores opportunities for new developments and partnerships.
The Communication Division (EO-COM) promotes the CEB’s operations and achievements as a social development bank and contributes internally to the sense of belonging around institutional values. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Communication and work in close collaboration with relevant colleagues across the Bank and with external counterparts.
Main Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a database of potential audiences for different types of events to ensure appropriate participation in events.
Manage preparation, communication related to the event (invitations and follow-up), quality control of all aspects of events, budgets and logistical coordination (meeting rooms, catering, technical support, conference calls, remote meetings, etc.). Act quickly to solve problems.
Evaluate the success of events and report to management on results and propose improvements.
Manage procurement of associated communication materials for staff participating in events organised by other parties, to ensure a coherent image of the Bank externally, as well as other administrative tasks as needed..
Academic background:
An advanced university degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or related field.
Professional background:
Proven successful experience in communication, events management or public relations, ideally acquired in an International Organisation, an International Financial Institution, a European Institution or an investment bank.

In addition, ability to produce digital products, edit video and photos, including social media cards will be considered a strong plus.
