As Sales Development Representatives (SDR) you will be helping build the new Sales Development team. The Sales Development team is a crucial component in the company's growth and presents an exciting opportunity for a professional to learn and develop their career in software sales. As an SDR, you are a motivated and organized professional who enjoys working with prospective customers and bringing sales leads. Whether connecting by phone, email, or other mediums, SDRs are brand ambassadors and make a positive impression on prospective customers. Your goal is to create a great customer experience by being an expert and consulting with customers to identify their needs and pain points.

 

What you will do 💻 

  • Identify and reach out to new prospects. 

  • Book and take discovery meetings with potential clients.

  • Liaise with the Respective Regional Directors to understand the regional GTM strategy and create SDR outreach plan.To execute on that which includes sourcing leads, targeting the right profiles and personas, setting up and running campaigns and reporting the outcome. 

  • Your typical day will revolve around finding new prospects, using Outreach to reach out to prospects via email, socials, and phone. 

  • You will report to your SDR Manager on your challenges and collaborate to develop your skills on a daily basis.

  • Previous sales development or sales experience (2-3 years, preferably SaaS/B2B).

  • Curious and eager to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback.

  • A self-starter that can contact anyone booking meetings over the phone, email, or social.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
