Tearfunds' Southern & East Africa Team is looking for an experienced Administrator with high level of accuracy and attention to detail to be based in Tanzania.

As Operational Support Administrator you will be providing administrative, finance and logistics services. In particular, to maintain electronic and paper filing systems, analyse and coordinate statistics and assist with project work.

You would be line-managed by the Quality & Operations Lead and works closely with other members of the Regional team. The role involves liaison with other Tearfund colleagues at all levels as well as members of the public and other external contacts.

Do you have:

• Qualification in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience of and proven ability to develop and manage a range of administrative processes
• Experience in working as a team with people from different cultures in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to manage Microsoft Office Programmes

Please note: This is a fixed term contract of 3 Years based in Tanzania with a possibility of renewal. Applicants must possess the right to live and work in Tanzania.

The successful candidate will be offered a Gross Salary of TZS 18,877,722 Per Annum.
