We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
