We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and customers via phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Providing accurate information and solutions to customer issues
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle customer complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
