Reporting to the Head of HR Unit, the Heads of Sectors will be responsible for:  Supervising the planning, implementation, timely delivery and quality output of the entity in accordance with the programme of work;  Managing the human and financial resources as allocated;  Contributing to strategic and programming documents as well as internal policies, guidelines and best practices for the continuous improvement of performance;  Within the competence of the entity, managing relationships with other Frontex entities and external stakeholders;  Implementing the budget as allocated according to sound financial principles and rules;  Collaborating with other internal and external stakeholders according to the established business workflows and in line with management guidelines;  Developing and maintaining business workflows within their area of responsibility;  Actively contributing to change management and the embodiment of Frontex identity through its corporate values Contributing to the implementation of recommendations stemming from the internal or external audit reports and evaluations in their area of responsibility;  Contributing to the implementation of the corporate risk management within their area of responsibility;  Actively promoting the Frontex corporate values and code of conduct, and contributing to the implementation of the Agency’s anti-fraud strategy;  Where so designated, acting as designated controllers Areas of responsibility of particular HR Sectors: Talent Acquisition & Planning Sector:  Contributing to the corporate planning and reporting cycle on HR topics including the budget and workforce planning;  Managing the HR ICT support systems in close cooperation with the DIG and European Commission services;  Developing and implementing recruitment and selection strategy including corporate planning of relevant processes;  Ensuring the timely allocation of human resources to Frontex entities by organising, coordinating and monitoring recruitment and selection procedures and traineeship programmes. Development & Career Management Sector:  Coordinating performance management, reclassification and other career related processes including mobility;  Managing contracts of employment;  Identifying and responding to staff learning needs for professional career development. Personnel Administration Sector:  Administering financial and non-financial rights and entitlements as well as working conditions and leave management;  Further developing the health and safety policy in Frontex and monitoring its implementation in cooperation with other relevant entities;  Providing and improving expatriate support to staff members and their family settling in Warsaw.
