You will advise partners on the development of ecological peacebuilding programs.
Your expertise is needed to provide specialized training in areas such as conflict analysis, nonviolent communication, ecological peacebuilding, and negotiation skills.
You will support the development of effective impact monitoring and contribute to the further development of knowledge management.
You will play an important role in the identification and detailed mapping of potential conflicts in the context of environmental developments.
You will be responsible for the proper disbursement and management of funds in the field in accordance with donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO requirements. In doing so, you will work in partnership with the colleagues of the partner organization.

You have a Master's degree in peace and conflict studies, social sciences, resource management or a related field.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience, ideally with international exposure in the relevant field.
You bring knowledge and experience in peace and conflict work, ideally including environmental aspects.
You have skills in mapping conflicts in the context of environmental developments, which is considered an added plus.
You are fluent in English; knowledge of Kiswahili is an advantage.
You are an EU citizen or Swiss citizen and identify with the goals and concerns of church development and peace work.
