Job Title: Junior Product Manager, AI assistant
Qualification: At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Data Analytics or related technical field.

Job Summary:
Myna Mahila is looking for a Junior Product Manager for the Myna Chat bot Application who has experience in Product Management for other mobile applications and comes with a technical background in computer science. The expectations are high, and it will be a fast paced role with quick changes and turnarounds on deadlines. Your expectations include, but are not limited to the following.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Technical Project Management: Experience with technical project management, which means they have a tight control of budget and timelines and overcommunicating it with the team
Completing Technical Documentation: Create user journeys and convey the technical and data requirements for both external end users as well as internal users who will consume the data.
LLM: Experience with and/or understanding of LLM, NLP, ML technologies. The candidate will be expected to own and test FAQs along with the Programme Team into the AI assistant.
Experience with JIRA: Experience with setting up a good JIRA board and setting up a ticketing system
Coordination and Communication: Coordination with the tech team, defining the scope and clear prioritisation of tasks where needed.
Clean codebase: Guide and monitor closely the codebase development, and even support with its execution as required
Understanding the End User: Recruit a super user, create detailed user testing guides and manual
Support Contract Development: Write a Support Contract guidelines and parameters in communication with the team
Product Manager: Work closely with the mobile app developer (and product manager) to make specific changes, plan strategic next steps
Data Management: Ensure appropriate, safe, and high quality data management
Data Analytics: Manage (create, analyse, report and communicate) data analytics and integrating it within the larger ecosystem at Myna Mahila
You will learn a lot on the job, and you will be making a difference to the lives of the most underserved populations.
This project can be an incredible learning experience for you in a short duration, where you learn a lot about some of the following (but not limited to):
Working with a low income women population for technology devices that they may be less familiar with (and a population that the technology world is also less familiar with). The Human Computer Interaction (HCI) for this mobile app is likely to help create the future of how health services can be provided to people just coming online and getting introduced to technology.
Working with multiple stakeholders, and interacting closely with slum community members
Managing budgeting and finances of a growing project. Also, the candidate should have end to end ownership of the strategy for engagement, growth and impact for the application.
What Skills Do You Need to Succeed?
Past experience in a technical role
Well versed with smartphone technologies and mobile app development
Able to communicate effectively and manage a project with multiple moving parts and with different stakeholders
Fluent in Hindi and English (reading, writing, speaking)
Have had some experience working in low income communities
Enthusiastic about technology and have a generally positive attitude
Nice to have: non profit/development sector experience
Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering or a similar background
Able to work with Firebase, Google Analytics, SQL, and other software needed for monitoring, maintaining and overseeing the mobile application data and features
