JOB DESCRIPTION 
Position Title: Manager Communication - IEC/BCC/SBCC
 
Number of Position(s): 01
Reporting:  Team Lead 
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Internal Stakeholders: CEO, Director Programs, Functional Heads and the WISH program and dissemination team
Education: MA Mass Com./MA in Journalism/MA Social Sciences/MPH or similar Post Graduate Degree    
 
Experience: 5-6 years of experience in developing and implementing IEC/BCC strategies for large public health programs
 
Necessary Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and manage professional relationships with technical experts, other partners and community stakeholders
  • Excellent written skills in English. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
