Product Manager

JD: Manager, Productivity & Packaging , EPCH.

Reporting to : Director EPCH.

Role: To guide manufacturers on productivity and packaging.

Job Profile :

Packaging:

1) To develop a knowledge base of packaging requirements for different countries and constantly update the same (for shipment packaging).
2) To understand trends and preferences in consumer packaging and disseminate that to exporters depending on their products of manufacturing.
3) To prepare databases of packaging companies and possibly ensure bulk negotiations with them for EPCH members.

Productivity :
1) To coordinate with productivity consultants.
2) To develop norms of productivity especially around wastage.
3) To prepare training materials.
4) To disseminate Training.
5) To make a positive contribution towards enhancing productivity of handicraft sector.

Traits and attitudes: Ethics, discipline, goal focus, winning attitude, never say die spirit, stress handling ability, hard working.

Skills and Competencies:
1. Verbal and written communication in English.
2. Interpersonal skills.
3. Training skills.
4. Understanding of International practices like lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, TQM etc.

Salary per month : INR 60,000 pm

Education: MBA

Prior experience: At least 06 years in similar roles.

Location of residence: As near Vasant Kunj, New Delhi.
