Specialist for psychosocial support of students (m/f/x)

Programme development and implementation for the psychosocial support and self-care of university students and employees. Developing and providing appropriate training and support materials.
Creating space and dialogue to meet and address issues such as reconciliation.
Organising offerings including physical activities (sports, yoga, etc.) and self-care to help deal with experiences of violence, trauma and stress.
Establishing and maintaining networks with experts in the field to develop and maintain a good standard of psychosocial services for the target groups.
Working together with the Catholic University's Institute for Justice and Peace Studies (IJPS) to organise students.
Assuming responsibility for the proper disbursement and administration of funds on site in accordance with the sponsor guidelines and AGIAMONDO specifications in close collaboration with CUofSS.

Master's degree in psychology, social work, social sciences or another relevant subject.
Several years of professional experience in trauma work with (young) adults; knowledge of reconciliation work is advantageous.
Hands-on experience in programme development as well as working in a multicultural environment.
Initial working and living experience in South Sudan is advantageous.
Class B driver's license as well as business fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
EU or Swiss citizen and identification with the goals and concerns of church development and peace work.
