You train selected members of the communities in mediation methods.
You are the contact person for peacebuilding capacity building for TERELEPAR.
You support the partner organization in identifying and implementing strategies and activities on land conflicts.
You will work with the partner organization to develop ideas for the creation of a mediation center.
You will be responsible for the proper spending and management of funds in the field according to donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO's requirements. In doing so, you will work in partnership with the partner organization.

You have a university degree in peace and conflict studies, political science or a related field and have already gained professional experience in non-European countries, preferably in Africa.
You have mediation training and professional experience in this field. In addition, you bring knowledge in methods of peace work and are able to pass these on well.
You have very good English language skills.
A driver's license and driving experience are mandatory.
You are a citizen of the EU or Switzerland and as a member of a Christian church you convincingly support the goals and concerns of church development and peace work.
