Context

Since 2021, UNICEF has been supporting the Government of Tunisia in strengthening the capacity and coordination of the social service workforce involved in the reintegration of children returning from conflict zone. In 2023, the child protection delegate with support from UNICEF organised a series of training on the reintegration guidelines and Mental Health and Psychosocial support. The assignment is to develop a design of the facilitator and participant's manuals.

Task description

We are looking for one Online Volunteer who has years of experience in graphic design to support our program to strengthen capacity of social services workforce with the following tasks: 1- - Review the current training manuals; 2- - Design a layout for two training manuals on mental health and psychosocial support. These manuals consist of 19 pages for facilitators and 43 pages for participants. 3- Ensure the layout accommodates three languages: Arabic, English, and French. The design/layout should follow our corporate design guidelines which will be shared with the Online Volunteer in advance. The Online Volunteer will have the opportunity to build connections with the child protection team at UNICEF Tunisia and learn about the ways in which graphic design can support the strengthening of capacity of social service workers.
