UNOPS has impressively closed the gender-gap at various levels within the organization and continues to pursue its gender mainstreaming strategy. This is part of its efforts to be a more sustainable organization, to better represent the people it serves, and to ensure women, at all levels, see a future for themselves at UNOPS.
