Movement Talent started in 2020 to address a number of key issues faced by movement organizations and the people interested in working in movement spaces.
Movement Talent endeavors to:
- Provide a cohesive infrastructure for people interested in movement careers to find the right roles and organizations for them
- Showcase the employers that are advancing social, economic, racial, gender, environmental justice in the United States
- Support the growth of movement professionals, particularly people of color and people in the middle of their careers
Movement Talent strives to connect the right people to the right organizations, so we can make change in the world, together.
