Recruitment process at CEDO

Overall duration: 3 months
Application

The job description is posted and you upload your application.
Competency-based interview
2 weeks
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first round of interview with the recruiting manager. Successful interviewees will receive feedback within 2 weeks of their interview.
Selection
1 months
We review the candidates, establish a short list, and contact those shortlisted. If you do not hear from CEDO within a month after the application deadline, your application has unfortunately not met the requirements to be shortlisted.
Technical interview
2 weeks
A second interview will take place with a technical expert. Selected candidates will receive an offer within 2 weeks of their interview.
