Integrify is a social enterprise that publishes its jobs on Impactpool.
Integrify was founded in 2016 during the refugee crisis, as a result of frustration over the untapped potential of international talent in Finland.
A pilot project was launched to train asylum seekers in programming as a fast track to jobs that are based on meritocracy, not language skills. Each graduate from the pilot landed a job as a software developer in Finland.
