You will take part in organizing training courses on professional journalistic production techniques, reporting techniques, and peace- and conflict-sensitive journalism.
You will accompany and coach the production and broadcasting of news and peace programs.
You will analyze the media content of the channels used by CEDICOM and evaluate their effectiveness.
You will develop tools to review, evaluate, and refine radio programming plans to optimize CEDICOM's communications work.
You will help to expand networking with media representatives*, journalists*, NGOs and other partners in the field of church peace work.
You will be responsible for the proper spending and administration of funds in the field according to donor guidelines and AGIAMONDO requirements. In doing so, you will work in partnership with CEDICOM

You have a degree in journalism, communications or a related field.
You are experienced in producing peace content for radio, TV and social media.
You bring experience in organizing and conducting training courses on journalistic production and reporting techniques.
You are proficient in social media and have experience in community management.
You have sufficient knowledge of peace, conflict, and religion, as well as sensitivity to interfaith dialogue and intercultural communication, to evaluate media content and its impact.
You appreciate the value of collaboration in a multicultural environment.
Excellent written and spoken French skills are mandatory.
You are an EU citizen* or Swiss* citizen* and a member of a Christian church.
